Today Loco Nunca turned two years old. That’s right, two years ago we were photocopying our first zine and distributing it poorly. Now look at us, all up on the Internet like it’s 2010 or something. My, how far we’ve come.

In all seriousness (not really), it’s been a wacky two years of revolving writers, binges and purges, angry comments, strange solicitations, wacky articles, and lots of drunken and extremely poor editorial decisions that I’ve had to begrudgingly live with. Oh well, it’s been fun.

But while it’s happy birthday to us, it’s also thank you to you. Because if you weren’t reading this…well, more than likely we’d still be doing the exact same thing. It would just be a lot more depressing. So thanks for not making us seem so sad.

Alright, it’s time for a celebratory margarita and a nice dip in the greenbelt. Let’s meet back here tomorrow, and for another two years or so after that
